  • For concerns regarding the last free day or charges showing due on eModal, customers should contact Evergreen directly at dlstfcimp@evergreen-shipping.us or 972-764-1350.
  • For technical eModal questions, customers should contact eModal directly at Evergreen.​

The systems talk back and forth all day, but data communications are involved, which could result in up to 60 minutes to reflect status changes.

To ensure smooth cargo pickup upon arriving at the terminal, please check eModal for cargo status prior to pickup.

To view payments made in eModal for your Company, navigate to Administration ➝ Company Purchase History. You will be able to access your payment history, a search tool and resend a receipt for a past payment.
